These terms apply to kingdomlightspro.com and to the estimates you request through it. By using the site or sending us a request, you agree to them. Kingdom Lights (“we”, “us”) is a family-owned business that designs, installs, maintains, takes down and stores Christmas and holiday lighting in Minnesota.

Estimates and prices

• Prices on this site, including “From” prices and average prices, are general guides. Your price depends on your home or property and is set in your written estimate.
• Estimates are free and do not commit you to anything. A job is booked only when we both agree to it in writing, for example by signing or approving a service agreement, and any deposit is paid.
• Offers such as the early-booking discount apply to new bookings made while the offer is shown, cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so, and may end at any time.
• Price guarantees, including the 3-Season Price Guarantee, work as described in your service agreement.

Your service agreement

The details of your installation, such as what is included, dates, payment, cancellations and care of the lights, are set out in the service agreement you sign or approve with us. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins. Unless your agreement says otherwise, the lights, clips and equipment remain the property of Kingdom Lights.

Photos and design mockups

When you send photos, you confirm they are yours to share and show a property you own or are allowed to share. You allow us to use them to prepare your estimate and design mockup, and we will not publish them without your permission. A mockup is an illustration to help you picture the design; the finished installation can look different because of your home’s details, the weather and what products are available.

Text message terms

• Program: Kingdom Lights customer texts: estimate updates, appointment reminders and service messages.
• How to join: tick the text-message box on our form, or ask us to text you.
• Frequency and cost: message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Stop or get help: reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. You can also contact us below.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Using this site

Please use this site lawfully. Do not send false requests, try to break into, overload or disrupt the site or its form, copy it for commercial use, or upload anything harmful. We may block anyone who misuses it.

Our content

The text, photos, logo and design of this site belong to Kingdom Lights or are used with permission. You may view and share our pages for personal use.

Other websites and services

Links to other websites, including Kingdom Wash (our family’s separate house washing and gutter cleaning business), are there for your convenience; those sites have their own terms and privacy policies. The address suggestions on our quote form are provided by Google Maps. Your use of them is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer and limits

This website is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate, but prices, offers and availability can change and mistakes can happen. To the fullest extent the law allows, Kingdom Lights is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using this website. Our responsibilities for the work we do at your property are set out in your service agreement, and nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any dispute about them will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and the latest version is always on this page.
